Royston Auction Company Questions to the Auctioneer

Q: There is no room for parking at my residence to hold an auction of my household goods.  Do you move property to a warehouse for a sale?  I live outside Bakersville, NC.  My home may be sold out from under me in the near future, so I need to make plans.

First of all, thank you for your question and I hate to hear that your home may be sold. If we can be of any assistance in that matter please let us know.

To answer your question:
Yes we do come and pick up items and we can take them to an "auction house" that we work and sell them for you there. We do this quite frequently and it works great! If we can be of any assistance we would love to help you. The auction house that we use in on the Tennessee and North Carolina boarder and would work perfectly for your situation. We have brought items from as far away Church Hill, TN and sold them here all with great success.

Auctions are a proven means for selling personal and distressed property; however, auctions work great for all types of properties not just for distressed properties and personal items. Auctions have become the vehicle of choice for many sellers for many reasons. The increasing popularity of real estate auctions can be attributed to one simple fact….THEY WORK! In more and more cases, a real estate auction will yield a much higher net selling price in a shorter period of time than traditional brokerage. Real estate auction have been the fastest growing segment of the auction industry for the past few years. However, I don’t want you as a seller to be fooled. You have to hire a professional auctioneer that has experience in conducting auctions if you want it to be successful. Don’t hire a person that is a realtor first, auctioneer second to conduct your auction or you will be greatly dissatisfied. Hire someone that only specializes auctions and that has 10 years experience in the industry and is a member of the National Auctioneers Association.
